Budwig Diet and Habanero Pepper

I combine the CC/FO with Habanero pepper, one to two peppers on a 16 oz cup of CC with a good amount of FO. I avoid wheat and eat it with wheat-free gluten-free Mary's Gone Crackers, made of brown rice, quinoa, flax seed, and sesame seeds. I have PC III+III (after biopsy) with a PSA between 4 and 5, not going up significantly over the last two years. Still hanging in... and watching.
