Chebe Brazilian Breads??

Dear Bill....I read your book in the middle of the night a week ago and began your program early the next day! I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma in Jan., 2008 and have had no chemo/radiation, etc.
Thank you for your service. I appreciate your whole approach....and actually found your website on the Emotion Code page. Have had 3 EC sessions with a friend and look forward to getting myself to a biological dentist.
Again, I must say thank you.
As I have searched for the gluten-free crackers and gluten-free sprouted breads you mention, I have drawn a blank here in Eugene OR. All that have been so labeled have either had rice/wheat flour or yeast or honey or something that is on the no-no list. Am I missing something?
However, I did come across Chebe breads and mixes [from Brazil which are made with cassava, yucca, tapioca, and/or manioc.
They are all labeled GF and free of yeast, wheat, corn, soy, potato, rice, iodine, peanuts, MSG, treenuts...and lactose-free and casein-free as well.
They are at: www.chebe.com.
From your perspective, would these ingredients fall within the overall diet your book recommends: cassava, yucca, tapioca, and/or manioc?
If so, it would be a godsend for someone like me who is missing the occasional slice of bread or the crunch of a few crackers. At first, I bought a loaf of Brown-Rice bread, thinking it was within the parameters. Then, after reading your guidelines further, I have left it sitting in the fridge.
Hope you will have the time and inspiration to answer. I am intent on staying within the guidelines as much as possible. My body is not always welcoming that much raw vegetables, but loving the cottage cheese & flaxseed oil. In fact, it's time for my second dose today! yummm
Blessings to you and your family.
