Educate Yourself!!!

Good morning, Bill--

First, I want to thank you for leading me to Fred Eichhorn. I live in NY/NJ area, so it was fairly easy to get out and talk with Fred and Lora. He totally blew me away with his brilliance, kindness, and wacky sense of humor. But the operational word here is Brilliance. I am aboard the Eichhorn Train, and feel greatly relieved to be.

I'd like to impress on others who are fortunate enough to have found your site, that taking steps to learn about alternative treatments "outside the box", educating yourself about what's out there, talking to anybody and everybody about what you're looking for, all of that is SOOO IMPORTANT. Knowledge leads to more knowledge. And more knowledge leads to clearer thinking (vs just being scared s___less), and clear thinking leads to, best of all, critical thinking and empowerment. Your doctors are probably not monsters---but they have an investment in being in and remaining in The System. Which means they want YOU to remain in The System, if at all possible. Think of them not as doctors but as lawyers in a firm, and you will get a better idea as to how it works. I should know, as I come from a family of both doctors and lawyers. Eeek.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents. I love this site, and thanks so much, Bill, for your lovely spirit and all the really killer advice.
