I used Cansema for the first time on my forearm after a suspicious pimple like area would not go away. It was a month old sore when I first applied Cansema. I reapplied Cansema 2 times to ensure I reached every area which was suspicious. I did not seek medical advice until my scab was nearly healed. The doctor prescribed Aldara to apply for six weeks to ensure no further cells remain. It really is incredible how after a fairly large area which had a very large scab is now almost completely gone. I am not familiar with Aldara but I am convinced that Cansema works but I advise going to a doctor before and after.
