How I Refused a Bone Marrow Transplant and Survived....

by Juan Dimacali
(West Covina, California)

About 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with 2 diseases of the blood and bone marrow, both rare and with "no known cure".
My doctors strongly urged me to undergo a full bone marrow transplant as soon as possible! I refused it because it is not even a treatment for my illness and the procedure would either kill me or leave me scarred and disabled for life.
I began to search for ways to save my life and one of the guys I ran into on the internet was Bill Henderson with his moving story of how he was motivated to write a book in honor of his wife which he was unable to save because he did not have the right information. I bought Bill's book which gave me a lot of valuable information and guide to where I should look further. Above all, the book gave me an insight on how to approach cancer as a disease.
On the first month, I stabilized my disappearing white blood cells and other symptoms and by the 3rd month completely reversed the direction of my white blood cell count. My doctor just smiled when he told me the good news about my blood test. He never asked me what I did. I felt sorry for him because he was "not free" to use other treatments not "approved" by the medical establishment, even if these alternative treatments are safer, more effective and less harmful for patients.
I talked to Bill and told him about the good news and he said that I should be writing my own story when I am ready. I kept on studying alternative treatments over the past 5 years even as I applied what made sense for my illness. I discovered there are many ways of successfully treating cancer, but none of these are allowed by the U.S. medical establishment.
My tests got better and better after a year that my doctor said he will see me every 6 months. By the 3rd year, I was almost back to normal. I started seriously taking down notes, studying many different natural treatments and reading many books about cancer.
On March, 2008, my oncologist doctor ran a full test on me and declared me completely back to normal. I started writing my own story of survival with the wish and hope that it will, like Bill's book, add further light, support and hope for people who have cancer. My book is now finished and will be online before the month's end.
Thank you, Bill for your book, inspiration and guidance.
