You can listen to the first one by clicking on the link above. To join in the future sessions, all you have to do is: 1. Go to TalkShoe.com and create an account for yourself. It's easy. Do it right now. 2. On the day of the session, beginning at 10 AM Pacific Time(11 AM Mountain; 12 Noon Central; and 1 PM Eastern), just go to http://www.TalkShoe.com again. Click on "Join the Call." Then click on "Utopia Wellness Community Call." You won't need to enter your username or password when you join the call, as long as you use the same computer you signed up on.
