Insofar as marketing, most (not all) cash-strapped cancer patients will be unable to pop for $500 for the device. As we both know, the conventional medical system is well-skilled at sucking every last dime from a family's finances. What a horrid racket. Warning: Don't ever get me going on the politics of cancer!
I wonder if a rental program for your machine could be set up through ND doctor's offices or something?

What promise a serious electrical generator of this type holds for our ailing planet! Our poor globe is so deeply wounded by "civilization" - and corporate greed.
