Welcome to this thirty fifth issue of the Cure Your Cancer
Newsletter. Everyone who receives this newsletter has
asked to receive it. If you change your mind, unsubscribe
instructions are at the end.
The four week break since my last newsletter has been a
“recovery” period for me. I poured a lot of my mental and
physical energy into the rewrite of my book. When I finally
published it on January 27th, I needed a break from writing.
I’m back now and will try to get you a newsletter about every
two weeks.

Wellness is Chronic
********************
Despite the title of my book, you should not be looking
for the “cure” for cancer. Cancer, like any other condi-
tion our medical folks like to call “disease” is a signal
from your body that it’s metabolism (normal cellular health
process) is out of whack.
Among the cancer survivors, you will find many adherents
to each of the 81 treatments mentioned in my book. Just
in the last week in researching for this newsletter, I
have found claims that everything from hydrazine sulfate
to oxalic acid to your own urine (I’m not kidding!) to
SeaSilver is the magic answer to grappling with the
“disease” we call cancer.
Each of these zealots remind me of the three blind men
asked to describe an elephant. One grabbed his trunk
and said it was like a snake; another grabbed his tail
and said it was like a vine; and the third grabbed his
leg and said it was like a tree.
Let’s take a look at the whole elephant, shall we? To
me, from my perspective, cancer looks like a temporary
condition where the normal cellular division process has
gotten TEMPORARILY out of control. Once it has been
brought back under control, by restoring the body’s
natural metabolism, the SYMPTOMS we call “cancer” go
away. The abnormal cells are still there — the ones
without the “suicide gene” which divide out-of-control
— but they are in numbers which our body’s immune sys-
tem can handle, just as it always did before we got the
“cancer” symptoms.
What’s really important for you to understand is that
once we slack off from the regimen that got our metabol-
ism back to normal, the cancer cells will multiply vig-
orously out of control again and we’ll have a recurrence
of the symptoms. It doesn’t seem to matter whether that
regimen is centered around drinking Essiac Tea, taking
ozone therapy or gulping MGN-3/beta glucan or coral cal-
cium tablets. All of them work for some people. What
the long-term cancer survivors seem to have in common is
a reformed lifestyle that they stick with FOREVER.
They have stopped doing the things which got them sick
in the first place…cut way down on the processed food,
sugar, white flour, junk food…and replaced them with
healthy, mostly raw fruits and veggies. They have worked
healthy exercise into their daily routine. They have
developed a habit of taking a full supply of the vitamins,
minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, essential fatty acids
and enzymes that our bodies need every day. They have
gotten rid of toxin “factories” like root canal teeth and
mercury-amalgam fillings. They have rebuilt their immune
systems and cellular health through the use of one or more
(usually more) of the 81 treatments in my book, plus many
others.
They have, of course, divorced themselves from the conven-
tional medical system and “taken charge of their health.”
They have found a trusted medical professional to monitor
their progress — one who is at least sympathetic to the
“alternative” treatments and, ideally, knowledgeable about
the many modern tests to indicate the degree of wellness
in the body and what is needed to get it back in balance.
One who understands the importance of decreasing insulin
resistance, raising albumin levels, acid/alkaline balance,
etc. to good health.
This concern for wellness has to become chronic, just like
the unhealthy life style choices you made that led to the
cancer symptoms. Maybe you were a chronic unhealthy eater,
lived with high stress, didn’t exercise and sleep enough
and didn’t take a healthy combination of supplements. Maybe
you even smoked. See your old self anywhere in there?
Now, you’re a chronic cancer fighter, because you know that
cancer is a chronic condition, much like high blood pressure,
diabetes and heart disease. Fighting it and winning depends
on adopting lifestyle changes which keep it under control
and continuing them with great discipline FOR LIFE.
Here’s how Dr. Ross Hauser of Caring Medical (the IPT clinic
in Oak Park, Illinois) puts it:
“You have to watch your diet! You are what you eat. If a
person eats sweets, chips, and fried foods, besides growing
a bigger belly, a tumor will most likely grow. The high carb
American Diet is why close to one in two Americans will get
cancer in their lifetime. Once diagnosed with cancer, a
person’s diet and lifestyle should immediately be changed so
that the physiology that allowed the cancer to grow in the
first place, will not contribute to the likelihood of tumor
recurrence.”
To get in position to win this battle, cleansing your body’s
waste processing system — colon, liver, kidneys — is a must.
The best approach to that I have seen to date is the one in
Dr. Larry Clapp’s book “Prostate Health in 90 Days.” It’s
available on amazon.com or at your local bookstore. If you
would like a “sneak preview,” just go to:
http://www.prostate90.com
Dr. Clapp’s book has lots of good information on restoring
your prostate health. But like most books about cancer, in-
cluding mine, it ends up talking about health concepts that
apply to everyone — with or without cancer. Prevention and
treatment have a lot in common. One thing they share is a
cleansing fast. Dr. Clapp’s is a simplified and improved
combination of three great cleansing regimens — the “Master
Cleanser” fast; the Dr. Irons fast; and the TheraClear
parasite elimination regime.
I can’t do his fast regimen justice here. You’ll have to buy
the book. All I can tell you is that my wife and I are both
doing it.
For another slant on this, here is a quote from an e-mail I
received yesterday from Art Brown, another cancer book author
and crusader I have mentioned often in this newsletter and my
book:
“Personal opinions here only, but I don’t think there is any
health or healing measure or therapy more important in our time
than physical detoxification – liver, kidney, colon, bloodstream
… the works. Probably will be the standard of health care in
the not-too-distant future. That and assuring correct overall
vitamin/mineral balance.”
Amen, Brother!
Become a “chronic wellness” fanatic and your cancer symptoms
will be remembered as a welcome “wake-up” call.

A Reader’s Story
*****************
If you read my January 27th newsletter, you will recall that
I “bribed” you with a free copy of the Second Edition of my
e-book if you would send me “your story.” That bribe is still
open. If you feel your experience with treating your cancer —
positive or negative would help others, send it to me in an
e-mail. I’ll publish one in each newsletter as long as I have
good information for you.
Obviously, it takes longer than two years to say conclusively
that you have your cancer “under control.” On the other hand,
in the two plus years since I started this newsletter, many
hundreds of people have told me that they have been helped by
it. Here is one such story. Meet “Simon” and his wife:
“Hi Bill:
Thanks much for your guidance and advice, you are doing a great
deed for humanity. By way of recognition I must report to you
the great results we had through your recommendations.
My wife age 55 was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the left
breast in Dec. of 2000 about 5 cm inoperable. We used hormonal
therapy + vitamins. It did shrink to about 1/2 the size, but
then the hormonal therapy stopped working and it grew back to
about 6 cm with metastases to lymph and manubrium.
At that point the oncologist who is open minded decided we have
to be more aggressive and use chemo. Based on your advice, we
started using Dr. Budwig’s diet fo/cc + red raspberries, MGN3,
co-Q10, Wobenzyme. She had 4 treatments with chemo all the
time complementing it with the above regimen.
Today I’m happy to report that we did a full body pet/ct scan.
The results came back: a complete resolution in the left breast,
no lymphatic involvement, an 80% reduction in the manubrium
uptake. Quite dramatic to the amazement of my oncologist, who
told me he did recommend this regimen to other patients, even
some of his family members.
It also helped her to minimize the side effects of chemo.
Throughout the whole time, she never missed a day of work
except the day of the treatment.
I’m sure reports like this will make you happy and give you
more spirit and determination to go on with your great work
in helping mankind. Let god by on your side in all your
endeavors and let him give you health and happiness forever.
Thanks a Million
Simon”
Well, Simon, you’re absolutely right. Your report inspired me.
You and your wife are to be congratulated for an outstanding
example of the power of a positive attitude and consistent
supplementation. It works. God Bless You Both!

INSULIN RESISTANCE — OUR GREATEST ENEMY
If you would like to understand the importance of insulin
resistance and how it affects your health, please read the
transcript of a talk by Ron Rosedale, M.D. He presented it
at the Designs for Health Institute’s August 1999 Seminar
in Boulder, Colorado. It is a classic, in my opinion, because
it explains the physiology behind virtually all degenerative
disease, including cancer. Cellular health, the key to living
long and well, is critically dependent on the uptake of insulin.
To learn how and why we lose this ability and how to restore it,
please read this article. It is rather long (24 pages), but
worth your time. Just go to:
http://www.mercola.com/2001/jul/14/insulin.htm
WISDOM OF THE BODY
I believe that getting the “philosophy” of treating your cancer
right is THE most important key to success. Once you have the
philosophy correct, the physiology is much easier to deal with.
Here is a site I think you will find helpful in that regard. I
will quote from the author of the site in hopes of sparking your
interest in his very helpful site:
“Wisdom of the Body (WOB)
While medicine is competent to deal with an acute cancer, it is
less skilled when cancer becomes chronic. You wonder why? Since
medicine ignores the self-healing capacity of your body. Your
body has a wisdom called here Wisdom of the Body (WOB), which
controls your well-being in health and in disease. It controls
also your cancer, and any other disease. This control is ignored
by medicine. What does it mean to you? All along your disease,
tumor and WOB maintain an equilibrium. Your fate depends either
on the growth rate of your tumor or on the capability of WOB to
slow it down. The stronger WOB the better your chances. You will
learn how to boost WOB for your benefit. Unfortunately medicine
ignores the role of WOB in slowing cancer progression. This is
why I created this site. To instruct you how to boost WOB and
tip the balance between it and tumor in your favor.”

CHICAGO HOLISTIC PHYSICIAN
Any of you in the Chicago area may be interested in checking out
a holistic doctor who recently sent me the following e-mail:
“Hi: I am a holistic physician living in Chicago. I have used
MGN-3 on my father as well as some of my cancer patients. Check
my website out at www.cihci.net. I am not sure if some of the
people who come to your website are looking for a holistically
minded doctor or they already have one.
My email is wellness@cihci.net
Thanks, Dr. Alan Bain”

In case you have wondered at the spartan simplicity of the
format of this newsletter, it has a purpose. From experi-
ence publishing several newsletters, I’ve found that this
format — simple text with lines no longer than 65 char-
acters — is the only one that will print on all e-mail
screens (maybe even WebTV) the same. Most of you will
notice that the web links in this newsletter are high-
lighted in blue. Clicking on them will open your browser
and take you to that site. If they are not highlighted
(a la AOL), you may need to “copy and paste” them into
your browser. You’ll have to do the same if you go to
my newsletter archives at my web site…”copy and paste.”
I’ll be back sometime soon with another newsletter. Be
well and send your friends to my web site:
