I’m Back — Great Vacation

Hi folks. I’m back. As you read in my April newsletter, Terry and I had a great vacation from May 21st through June 11th in Europe. It was everything we had anticipated and more. Ireland and Scotland were beautiful and intriguing. We explored our ancestors, enjoyed a few pints of Guinness, searched for the Loch Ness monster and enjoyed meeting lots of nice people. The week in Germany was delightful, too. We toured several beautiful castles, hiked and biked and had a great time visiting old cities like Regensburg.

It was a much-needed break. I had gotten pretty stressed out after talking to 2 or 3 of you a day on the phone about your cancers. I love the opportunity to help you with information but it gets to be pretty stressful. I really appreciate the patience of those of you who signed up for my telephone coaching service and had to wait a couple of weeks while I caught up.

After my return, I spent four days from June 21st through June 24th in Toronto. I gave a talk and coached four folks one-on-one. It was great to be “face-to-face” with these people instead of just talking on the phone with them. The talk on Wednesday night, June 22nd, drew about 90 people and seemed to be useful for them. In fact, three members of the audience gave testimonials about how they had used my advice and gotten their jaws cleaned up, changed their lifestyles and gotten well. Again, I met lots of nice people and enjoyed the opportunity to help several of them directly.

This newsletter will be a little longer than usual because I have lots of good information for you.

Salvestrols — Something New, At Least To Me

A couple of weeks ago, I received an interesting e-mail from Dr. Brian Schaefer. He informed me about salvestrols. They sound interesting. Read his e-mail and the two articles below and see what you think:

“Hello Bill,

I just wanted to bring to your attention the work of two UK scientists: Prof. Gerry Potter and Prof. Dan Burke. Between them they have discovered a food-based mechanism for inducing apoptosis in cancer cells through activation of salvestrols by the CYP1B1 enzyme that is intrinsic to all cancer cells.

I have attached a couple of case study articles for your interest.

Keep up the good work.

All the best

Well, thank you, Dr. Schaefer. The two case study articles he refers to are both available for you to read. You need to scroll to the bottom of this newsletter and click on the links to these articles.

Special Discount From Our Health Co-op

Most of you who have a cancer diagnosis are taking Heart Plus and Green Tea Extract from Our Health Co-op because I recommend it in Chapter 5 of my book as an essential part of healing cancer. I know it’s essential because I’ve researched all the literature on this subject published by Dr. Linus Pauling and Dr. Matthias Rath.

They found that Vitamin C, when combined with the amino acid lysine appeared to inhibit the action of protease (an enzyme that breaks down proteins). The idea was to stop the cancer cells from spreading (metastasis) by keeping the collagen (blood vessel connective tissue) strong. In addition, in the Spring of 2002, Dr. Rath and his research team announced that they had discovered that by adding the amino acid proline and an extract of green tea, the combination became about 30% stronger at doing its job.

The Heart Plus sold by Our Health Co-op is a mixture of Vitamin C, l-Lysine and l-Proline. The Green Tea Extract is sold by them separately. In addition to protecting and restoring the collagen, this combination also produces toxins that selectively destroy cancer cells and leave normal cells unharmed. They also strengthen the immune system and mop up the toxins produced by the cancer cells. For a few dollars a month, it just doesn’t get any better than that!

Here’s some good news — This powerful combination of mega-ingredients that I’ve just described is available from the good people at Our Health Co-op at an even lower price if you order quickly. Between now and July 15th, you can get an additional 20% discount. Just go to and select the Heart Plus tablets or capsules and the Green Tea Extract. Upon checkout, just apply the coupon code radio531.

As you probably know, I recommend that all cancer patients take 6 of the Heart Plus tablets or capsules every day along with 3 of the Green Tea Extract capsules. That’s two Heart Plus and one Green Tea Extract morning, noon and night. Of course, if you don’t have cancer, these are not necessary.

Get some now while the cost is down. Just use the coupon code above.

Lola Janssen’s Advice on Stress — Great Message

Stress is one of only three things I’ve found which bring on cancer. The other two are dental toxins and what we put in our mouth. To get well or stay well, you have to be able to handle stress well, as well as deal with any unresolved emotional issues from your past.

I loved an e-mail I got the other day on this subject from Lola Janssen. See what you think.

“A young lady confidently walked around the room while leading and explaining stress management to an audience. She was holding up a glass of water and everyone knew she was going to ask the ultimate question, ‘half empty or half full?’….. she fooled them all… ‘How heavy is this glass of water?,’ she inquired with a smile.

Answers called out ranged from 8 ounces to 20 ounces.

She replied, ‘The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that’s not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you’ll have to call an ambulance. In each case it’s the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.’ She continued, ‘and that’s the way it is with stress. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won’t be able to carry on.

As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we’re refreshed, we can carry on with the burden – holding stress longer and better each time practiced. So, as early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don’t carry them through the evening and into the night… pick them up tomorrow.

Whatever burdens you’re carrying now, let them down for a moment. Relax, pick them up later after you’ve rested. Life is short. Enjoy it and the now “supposed” stress that you’ve conquered!'”

What an important message! If there is one thing my recent vacation proved to me, it is that putting your burdens down for awhile is absolutely essential. Take-home message there, folks!

A Reader’s Story — Donna Stenman

Donna Stenman sent me an interesting message on her experience with skin cancers. To give you an idea of the importance of this topic, here’s an excerpt from a review of an interesting book on skin cancer that Donna talks about below:

“Skin cancer has become so prevalent that it is now more common world-wide than all other cancers combined and the most common form of cancer in the U.S., where one in five Americans and one in three Caucasians will develop some type of skin cancer during their lifetime.

Among men over age 50, skin cancer now ranks #1, ahead of prostate, lung and colon cancer, and its incidence is also greatly increasing in younger men and women. In the last 30 years, incidence of squamous cell carcinoma, the second most common form of skin cancer, has quadrupled in younger individuals. During that time period, the percentage of women under age 40 with basal cell carcinoma, the most common form of skin cancer, has tripled as well, rendering younger women the fastest growing group of skin cancer patients.”

Obviously, this is something we all need to be more informed on. So, here is Donna’s message:

“Hi Bill,

I have been getting your newsletter since its beginning and want to thank you for all your effort and kindness in passing all the excellent information on to us.

I’d like to tell you about my experience with Curaderm. I’d love to hear from any of your readers who have used it. There is a book on it called ‘The Eggplant Cancer Cure’ by Bill E. Cham, Ph.D. [You can find it on — see the review below.] The Curaderm went through clinical trials and all the bells and whistles.

I removed one keritosis from my arm, and one from my hubby’s face. It worked beautifully…and no recurrence. When we first applied the Curaderm, it behaved just like a skin cancer. It made the crater and healed with new skin. It took about 6 weeks for me and less for my hubby. No scars and nice new skin. It’s amazing stuff.

I used it on one on my leg recently and had a different reaction. In the book, Dr. Cham suggests that you get a diagnosis before using the Curaderm. I didn’t do that, and I’m sorry. The spot on my leg is still healing after stopping Curaderm the end of March. It kept weeping all that time. I did not realize you are not supposed to use it on moles. That’s what I had on my leg. It started to burn and itch. I could not stand it. I decided to stop and it has taken till now to heal. It still itches like crazy and looks like a rash is spreading.

My advice. Read the book first and have your spot diagnosed. Also, be aware that it does not work on melanoma or moles.

Here is one of the reviews of Dr. Cham’s book from you might find interesting:

“The author of The Eggplant Cancer Cure has literally saved my skin. I have had non-malignant skin cancers for many years, and the dermatologist took gouges out of me every year. I have the scars to prove it! When I found out about Curaderm and started using it, I stopped allowing my dermatologist to cut them out. I just go to her for a diagnosis twice a year, and then I take care of it myself with Dr. Cham’s Curaderm. In a matter of a few weeks, the cancer will disappear and leave no scar behind. (It’s especially important when the cancer is on your face.) Now, it’s important to remember, I’m not talking about a malignant melanoma here. For everything else, there’s Curaderm. I highly recommend the book and the cream. It’s really worked for me.”

By the way, the Curaderm cream is also available at, but it looks pretty expensive. You may want to shop around.

Dr. Joe Brown is a Naturopathic Doctor in Tempe, Arizona. I have been impressed for some time with his competence and dedication to helping cancer patients recover with natural means. To learn about him and how he became a wonderful holistic healer, take a look at this series of four videos on You Tube:

Dr. Brown video — part 1

I interviewed Dr. Brown on my Web Talk Radio show a few months ago. What I like about him is a couple of things: 1) He healed himself of “terminal” melanoma which inspired him to become a holistic physician; and 2) He gives his cell phone number to all his patients (see below) and answers it 24 hours a day. How unique is that!

Dr. Brown has patients coming to him from all over the world. Here is his contact information:

During my recent travels, I got a chance to catch up on my reading. Here are two books I read which I found outstanding. See what you think.

“DEFEAT CANCER” by Connie Strasheim. This is a set of interviews with 15 holistic physicians on their views about healing cancer. Dr. Joe Brown (above) is one of them. Ms. Strasheim is a health reporter and researcher who has written several other books on Lyme Disease. What she’s given you here is a virtual tour of the world to the top holistic healers to see how they heal cancer. Believe me, it is worth your time to read it. Most of the doctors I agree with. A couple (Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, for example), I don’t. Reading some of the interviews, I said to myself “I couldn’t have said it better.” Eleven of the fifteen are M.D.’s who have broken out of the allopathic mold and educated themselves on cancer healing. The other four are naturopathic doctors like Dr. Joe Brown or a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O). Most of them supervise a clinic which heals cancer with natural, non-toxic means. CAUTION: If you go to any cancer-healing clinic, you still have to come home and heal yourself. Still, you’ll learn a lot from this book.

“ACCIDENTAL CURE” by Dr. Simon Yu, M.D. This is one of the best-informed M.D.’s in the world. He has given you a wealth of information here on natural healing. He talks about everything from the many values of apple cider vinegar to the prevalence of dental toxins and the effects of parasites. The whole book is loaded with subjects you’ll never hear another M.D. discuss. Dr. Yu uses something he calls an Acupuncture Meridain Assessment to discover the causes of the illnesses he treats. He practices “functional medicine” (see below) but doesn’t call it that. If you want to get your money’s worth for a book, get this one.

Here is a very interesting video which, in about 20 minutes, will give you an overview of the new “functional medicine” concept from one of its best practitioners. I won’t try to explain functional medicine. I want you to hear it from Dr. Hyman. I’ve admired him for a couple of years and hopefully you will too after you see this video.

Chuck McCoy sent this to me. The video is at the bottom of this web page I’m going to give you of a holistic physician in Southern California who practices functional medicine like Dr. Hyman. Just go to the website below and scroll to the bottom of the home page and watch the video.

Most of you are aware of the wonderful test kit I announced in my October, 2010 newsletter. If not, the original article is

Dave Karlovich, who invented this great helper, has sent me an update on it. Here’s his e-mail:

I hope that you are doing well! I just wanted you to know that we have changed the mailing envelopes in the HCG test kit to a pre-addressed one that is meant to be sent via air mail (First Class International Mail). This was done due to the preference of Dr. Navarro as there were issues, not with people getting results, but with customs on some of the Express Mail envelopes.

The good news is that it only costs about $0.98 to mail it to the Phillipines by First Class International Mail so it saves about $30.00 for those getting the test done. In addition, it only takes a few days longer than the express envelope. I just did a recent test for my wife and the lab received it in 9 days and we had results in 11 days. I thought that was very good.

Have a great Memorial Day Holiday and thanks for all that you do!
