Thanks For A Great Teleseminar

Wow! 96 of you were on the call last Thursday with Gene Koonce and I. That’s the maximum number I can have on a call when I use my “free teleconference call” service. A few people told me they were turned away. If you were one of those, please see below.

What a great party it was! I felt really charged up after it was over. The stories from people who had used the VIBE Machine plus the “practitioners” like Terry and me — all very positive and inspiring. Thank you-all (as we say here in North Carolina) for joining us and adding your energy to a great teleseminar.

If you missed the call and would like to listen to all or part of the 90-minutes, it is available on this web site. Just click on the “Teleseminars” link on the left of this screen. Then scroll down to the last tape and press the “Play” button. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. There is information there on how to locate the closest VIBE Machine to you so you can get “zapped.” Give it a try.

Gary’s Experience With FO/CC

Gary is one of my long-time readers from the United Kingdom. We have exchanged a lot of information over the years, including his love of Asheville (where we live now) and Thomas Wolfe, the great author (“Look Homeward, Angel” etc.) to whom this was home in the early 1900’s. Gary sent me an interesting e-mail this week about his experience with the flaxseed oil/cottage cheese (FO/CC) diet. I think you will enjoy sharing his experience:

Subject: FO/CC Protocol – impact on cholesterol

Hi Bill, You may recall that I speculated some weeks ago about whether or not the above Protocol impacts negatively on one’s cholesterol level.

I’m pleased to say that after using 1.8% fat organic cottage cheese (available in the UK) for 8 weeks, on the basis of a total of 6 tablespoons flaxseed oil well mixed with 12 – 14 tablespoons (approx 1 cup) of cottage cheese every day, my cholesterol level is virtually unchanged on a superb 162.

I had a low level to start with – about 150 – because I’m on a raw vegan diet, so while the FO/CC mix doesn’t necessarily lower one’s cholesterol, it certainly doesn’t negatively impact it.

I put this down to an e-mail explanation that I received privately from someone from the USA on the FlaxseedOil2 site who felt that they had some useful info to offer me.

It seems that the essential fatty acids (as opposed to heart-attack creating trans-fats) delivered in the FO/CC combination bring the melting point of cholesterol in the body down to 32 degrees, well below our normal 98.6 degrees body temperature. This ensures that cholesterol in the body remains in liquid form (melted) and is therefore easily digested, as opposed to remaining solid (its normal melting point is 300 degrees) and adhering to arteries and causing arterial plaque, the precursor to a heart attack.

He also mentioned that the fatty acid lecithin reduces the body’s cholesterol melting point to only 180 degrees, making it still insoluble at body temperature. The flaxseed fatty acids make a crucial difference. Given that I went from zero animal and dairy products eight weeks ago to taking the FO/CC dose described above each day, it’s clear that the above explanation stacks up.

I should know as I have tested my cholesterol many, many times over nearly 20 years and I know how sensitive it can be to even minor dietary changes. That fact that it is not negatively impacted by the FO/CC Protocol speaks wonders for the benefit of the Protocol in regard to all disease types, heart or otherwise. In other words, it’s safe to take and will not improve one aspect of one’s health whilst weakening another.

Thanks for supporting me at the time I was considering starting the Protocol. You were really upbeat about it (as long as it’s done properly with as low fat organic cottage cheese as possible) and your encouragement was a major help to me. I am now very pleased that I have embraced it and all the concerns I had about ‘side effects’ have disappeared. Johanna Budwig indisputably knew what she was talking about.

I am now in my ninth week and getting along fine, with encouraging results.I have a great deal of faith and this is getting even greater thanks to the wonderful books on faith that are available.

The Protocol clearly takes time to kick it and I would say that anyone looking for results should definitely not make an assessment before having been on it for at least 12 weeks – and then continue on for another 12 weeks to give it a full try before deciding whether it has been successful. I believe that, as long as Johanna Budwig’s holistic approach is used regarding diet (she favoured veganism), along with her advice on mental and spritual practices, it will heal the body completely.

Kind regards,

Thanks, Gary. I’m sure your experience will help some other people who are new to the FO/CC protocol.

When I hear about something several times from readers, especially when they have no financial interest in the product, I believe it is something I need to pass on to you, my beloved family. Here is a good example.

Just the other day, Christine sent me an e-mail, which I will quote in a minute. It was the third time in the last month that someone has told me about this product. I think it’s time for you to take a close look at it. Here’s the e-mail from Christine:

“I am very grateful for your Cancer Free Book and your monthly newsletter because it has helped me learn a lot about cancer and the alternative treatments. Thank You.

I am very impressed by a product that helped a gentleman overcome Mesothelioma and am passing the information on to you. There is a 12 minute video on the site that explains his fascinating story. Please go to:

A friend of mine has been taking the product and her tumor has shrunk from the size of a grapefruit to the size of an apricot!

My husband and I have been using it for a little over a week and I am very happy with the results. We both have arthritis and no longer have pain. Another benefit I have noticed is that I sleep through the night now that I’m taking the product.”

Thank you, Christine. I was impressed by the video, too. Take a look at it. This gentleman is onto something that we all should learn about.

Mike Adams, the “Health Ranger,” had an article I couldn’t resist passing on to you. If you haven’t read this one yet, please do. It’s a classic satire about (in Mike’s words):

“…loony comments from drug company executives (they say we should stop talking about the side effects of drugs), new FDA gimmicks to boost Big Pharma profits, and how bad science is being used to discredit glucosamine supplements for joint pain.

Read it for information or just pure entertainment (your choice!)”

Life is about more than cancer. Here’s a useful web site which will save you about a dollar or so a tankful when you gas up next time (at least if you’re in the United States). It locates the cheapest gas in your area and shows it to you on a map. All you have to do is type in your Zip Code. Very accurate in my limited experience with it. Check it out.

Would you like to know what your house is worth without engaging an appraiser? Want to find the true value of a house you’re considering buying? Want to find out what your neighbor sold his house for without bringing a bunch of realtors down on your neck?

Here’s a great web site. Again, as near as I can tell, it is quite accurate…and no connection to real estate agents. Just go to:

Well, enough for now. And don’t forget my bribe. Send me your story about your cancer experience — good, bad or neutral — and I’ll send you a free copy of my e-book “Cancer-Free.” Your story may help many other people. Just let me know if you want me to include your name or e-mail address when I publish it in the newsletter. I will certainly respect your privacy.

Do your friends a favor and send them to my web site:

Be well!
