Cancer Education by Dr. Carlos Garcia and Me

For a little over five years, Dr. Garcia (my co-author) and I have been having interesting hour-long conversations every other Thursday. Some of you have listened to them.  It’s easy.  You just go to at the appointed hour and you can listen to us chat and ask us questions.

The last one we did was on March 19th.  We’ll do it again on April 2nd. The time is 1 PM Eastern, which is 10 AM Western, 11 AM Mountain and Noon Central.  Check us out on Thursday.  I think you’ll find it interesting.  Once at the website, just look for the “Utopia Wellness Hour.”  Utopia Wellness is the name of Dr. Garcia’s clinic in Florida.  Once you click on it, you’ll find that you can listen to us and type in your questions at the bottom of the screen.  We always try to answer them during the discussion.  We both enjoy these exchanges and that’s why we continue them.  I don’t recall any disagreement between us about anything.

Dr. Garcia has routinely posted the recordings of these conversations on his website,which is  We found last week that some of those recordings on the Talkshoe website were not accessible.  So Dr. Garcia had Charlie Rivers, his IT expert, transfer the recordings to another website.

You can now listen to the last seven months of these recordings at this website.

When you go there, you’ll find the recordings of our conversations — from September, 2014 to the most recent one on March 19th.  I suggest you listen to the one on September 18th, 2014.  It will give you a good example of the content of these discussions.

In this one, I interview Dr. Juliet Bulnes, D.M.D.  Dr. Bulnes is a wonderful biological dentist with a practice in Tampa, Florida.  Dr. Garcia refers all his cancer patients from his clinic to Dr. Bulnes.  He arranged this interview between us at his clinic.  What you’ll get here is a truly competent dentist’s views on the procedures she uses to help her patients heal their cancers and other degenerative conditions.  She has helped Dr. Garcia heal dozens of his cancer patients.  I have referred several of my coaching clients to her because I’m convinced she is one of the best dentists on my list of “Dentists I Would Trust” around the world.

Take a listen.  I think you’ll be glad you did.

“Cancer Free — Are You Sure?” by Jenny Hrbacek, RN

Last weekend in San Diego, I met a very interesting lady named Jenny Hrbacek.  Jenny is a Registered Nurse (RN).  She is also a cancer survivor. What makes her so special is that she has woken up from her experience as a nurse to realize the absolute idiocy of the treatment she got on herself from the cancer docs.

Here’s how she describes her cancer experience:

“When I received the diagnosis of breast cancer in April, 2009, I was forced to find time in the next few months for six surgeries, four rounds of chemotherapy, a PET scan, an MRI scan, a nuclear heart scan, two CT scans, a bone scan and more doctor’s appointments and lab tests than anyone should endure in a lifetime.  All because of a little 1.9 cm tumor, something as small as a penny.”

Her experience with her cancer treatment inspired her to research cancer treatment in general.  She found, as I have, the absolute ignorance and arrogance of the conventional cancer treatment system here in the U. S.  She became determined to get this message to as many people as possible.

Her book called “Cancer Free — Are You Sure?” is designed to get you this message, among others — “…don’t trust the cancer docs — whatever you do.”  In the process of her research, she has produced unique information for you. I’ve read hundreds of books on cancer treatment and never seen one with this information. She has researched and documented 28 different cancer tests that are non-invasive and which show you the presence of cancer and the progress in healing it.  One of them is the Navarro HCG Urine Test we recommend in our Cancer-Free book. Again, this information about testing cancer in one place is unique. Nobody else has done this.

Jenny’s other major message is essentially “Don’t take anyone’s word on the state of the cancer in your body.  Test yourself.  Here’s how.”

To get a copy of this book and gain the knowledge that Jenny has put together for you, just go to and type in the name of her book or Jenny’s name.  You’ll see a paperback version.  Jenny told me that the Barnes and Noble Nook version will be available by April 15th if you prefer the “paperless” approach to books.

I strongly recommend this book as a credible source of unique information.

Sherry Brescia on Stress

If you’ve been reading this newsletter for awhile, you know that I respect Sherry Brescia as a great source of information on health and nutrition along with some humor.  Sherry has recently done one for you that you’ll find very valuable.  It is a thorough analysis of stress and how it affects our health…and, of course, how to deal with it.

If you’ve read our Cancer-Free book, you know that I think stress/emotional issues are involved as at least part of the cause of cancer about 70% of the time.  I recommend Dr. Brad Nelson’s wonderful book “The Emotion Code” to all my clients as a great way to deal with the after-effects of the stress issues in our past.

Read Sherry’s article and you’ll have a better understanding of what stress does to us and what to do about it.  Here’s the link:

A Reader’s Story — Marianne Bailey

As you know, I like to give you an example of cancer healing whenever I can.  Here’s a good one where Marianne’s husband, Norm, has described for us her experience with complete recovery from ovarian cancer:

“Five years ago Marianne, my wife, was rushed to the hospital with severe pelvic pains. A 5X8 cm growth was discovered on her ovary. They chose not to do a biopsy for fear of spreading the possible cancer cells. An operation to remove her ovaries was scheduled for 1 month later.

I treated her with hydrogen peroxide and epsom/sea salt baths along with hydrogen peroxide ingestion..(starting at 1 drop working up to 25} daily. She also soaked with castor oil packs on the pelvic area. A detox was done and she was put on a strict organic/vegetable based diet.

One month later the growth/tumor had shrunk to 5X3 cm but they still wanted to operate. We cancelled it and continued the treatment. Three different surgeons told us it was a complex type growth and it was impossible to shrink! Right! Treatment went on with 2 more operations cancelled because after only 7 weeks the radiologist was shocked to discover it was GONE!!!!! He said he had never seen anything like it in 25 years! Still the surgeons did not want to know HOW WE DID IT!!! INCREDIBLE.”

Thanks, Norm and congratulations to Marianne for her successful experience with cancer.

I think you’ll enjoy this satire of the advertising and application of medical drugs to all of us.  Thank you, Ron Strauss, for sending it. It is hilarious:

You gotta know that Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) are all around in our supermarkets and that they’re not good for us.  But here’s some expert advice on what they are and what to do to avoid them:

Here’s an interesting interview by Chris Wark (I really like him) with Prudence, a survivor of Stage 4 melanoma, who was given 6 months to live in 1984.

What does cancer mean?  Well, here’s one possibility sent to me by one of my wonderful readers:

“Can-cer is a two-syllable word, the first associated with bodily health, the second with bodily harm.

C = cures

A = available

N = naturally

C = chemotherapy

E = excision

R = radiation

Which syllable for your body?”

Most of you know I admire Dr. Veronique Desaulniers, M.D. She encourages us to call her Dr. V for obvious reasons.  I saw her most recently in San Diego last weekend.  Here’s an article by her about root canals you may enjoy:
